Great friendly staff and 5 star food

All the savory food was great! The waffles and French toast sticks were a little hard from bit being fresh, other than that no complaints!!

Always a wonderful meal...we come to town a few times a year for medical appointments- then plan on stopping in for a great meal- great staff!

Love, love this place, I don't live in this area but when I come to see my daughter that does live here I always want to come to Milanos. Staff is very friendly and food is always great. Portions are very generous.

Large selection of Pizza to choose from on the buffet as well as having choices other than pizza on the Additional hot bar, including crab legs, wings, etc.

This place is AMAZING. We don’t get to eat out much so as a reward for my son making Straight A’s we chose this place. The food was fantastic and the service was the best I’ve ever had. The waiter was a tremendeous blessing. He was extremely helpful and polite. He was new as well. I think he deserves a raise!!(Ryan Lewis). I’m very proud of your example of impeccable character. The most amazing find! Buffet was extraordinary, with wonderful warm veggies to go along with assorted Italian dishes such as lasagna and pasta. Pizza was delicious 👌. Salad bar had a great selection. Server was delightful, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect!

Today is Christmas day and Milanos offered a free traditional Christmas meal to the public. Way to go Milanos!!

I know some people say its a little high, but i don't think so , i think their price is fair on crablegs for Friday and Saturday. Try buying them in the grocery store and you will see what i mean. Their other dishes are good too 🙂

We wound up in Newport by accident and just stumbled into Milanos at lunch. The name isn't descriptive of what we found. There was a buffet with a crazy selection of foods that were all authentic and hot and, frankly, amazing! The place doesn't look like much but don't let that fool you! Oh, and this extremely well stocked buffet was $8 per adult for all you want!! I don't know when I might return to Newport, but when I do, I'll be headed straight to Milanos!

THANK YOU MILANO'S 💞 We have been having a rough couple of months. We were not really celebrating Christmas because of it. In years past, even if we couldn't afford gifts, we always had enough for a nice Christmas dinner. Until this year. We just happened to see on Facebook on Christmas Eve about your free dinner for the community on Christmas Day. We couldn't believe our eyes. That these people would give up their special day to provide this for our community is so selfless and joyful....we felt humble, grateful and blessed to go have such wonderful food and fellowship with other members of the community.....truly felt like Christmas ......THANK YOU......GOD BLESS YOU MILANO'S.....MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Buffet had more than pizza. Great ribs. They have the old western channel playing every time so that's fun. Friendly staff.

Not the best food. The pizza was not fresh. But we were in the late afternoon. Salad was okay not many choices. Fried fish and chicken was awesome. Great choices for vegetables. Some of the shrimp was old.

The food was ok ive definitely had better also the waitress let me run out of my drink

At first I loved this place, but the food is sub par now. Typical buffet food. Usually upsets your stomach. However, the staff....5 stars is too little for them. They are an amazing group of people, and do amazing things for their community. We just dont like the food.

There food is amazing and they have a humble atmosphere, perfect for a family outing. Plus they have the best ranch I've ever tasted in my life. That's saying something because I love ranch and I've tried plenty. 1000000% better than anything else

Milanos is a wonderful place to stop and eat. It is affordable and you definitely get your money's worth eating there! The staff is friendly and wonderful! Our server Bethany went above and beyond to make our experience great!

Shocked by this place. Loved it. Wings were great, personal pizza was too.

We visit almost every weekend for Crab Legs. We have never been disappointed. Our waitress is always very attentive!
